“Obviously, I've just purchased the windows and the ordering system couldn't be any easier. If you have no clue about building the website gives you a step-by-step instruction system so that you really can't get things wrong. The videos or animations of what the windows will look like and how they will work make things extremely easy to understand. Get system, let's hope the delivery times and quality of the windows and doors meet the exceptional standard of their ordering website. Well done Modern UPVC windows great job!”

“I ordered a new composite door from modern upvc windows and had to send it back 3 times due to handling damage from there delivery driver. I reported this damage to the company and each time they agreed to put right the damage and it was returned. I asked for a refund as I knew that after 6 trips up and down the motorway in the delivery van there would be lots of minor damage which would not be easy to see until the protective tape had been removed. They refused to refund me so I was forced to accept the door as it was 8 months after I had originally ordered it. Once the door was fitted and the protective tape removed lots of minor small cosmetic damaged areas where chips and scuffs were apparent which greatly affects the appearance of the door. I complained to the company and they sent me a paint stick to paint over the damage without any sort of reply or apology. I am very disappointed with the door and with modern upvc windows for treating me as there customer so badly. If you are looking for a windows or doors I would suggest looking elsewhere”

For someone who doesn't usually order windows and doors, I found the ordering process extremely easy to understand and I really appreciated (and needed) the supporting information for each product, which allowed me to order with confidence. A friend recommended me to Modern UPVC Windows and I will not hesitate in doing the same.”

“By far the best supplier of glazing I have used. This is my second large residential project and the website is so easy to use. Delivery is usually very quick. I also called the customer service line and they are very knowledgable and helpful. Will always use this company whenever I need windows or doors.”

“I learnt about Modern UPVC windows after watching a guy on you tube build a garden room as I was doing the same. So far I have had windows and doors and now on the 3rd order of sash windows and glass for my home. The quality is exceptional and the customer service brillliant and attentive. Quick turnaround, I will be back for more after this lot !”
