“This is our second order with Modern UPVC Windows. We were delighted by quality of windows on our first order so have come back to order another window and door. While we had an issue with our bay window missing some parts the company were quick to respond and sorted the issue right away without fuss. One thing I would like to see is they add the option for pole jacks when ordering a sash bay window as this is not in the usual list of options and has to be asked for after; which we did not know. I would most certaily use this company again. Thanks Jamie”

“Took delivery of my order for Door/Frame and windows and fitting kits last week. Very pleased with the overall experience. Web site ease to use. Quality window and door profiles at excellent value for money. Good communication with manufacture lead times and delivery dates. Good communication on day of delivery. Good guides for installation. “Really great site for designing your windows & doors. It's really helpful, guiding you through as you desgin your window or door, showing you what they will look like and if you dont like something, its easy to redesign. I found it good for designing what I wanted and saving it to the basket then changing it to what my budget could actually afford by tweaking. Then removing the design not wanted from the basket. The basket can be saved for future purchase or changing.”
