“Until I found ModernUPVCwindows I never realised how easy it would be to design and order replacement or new windows for my house - their website is a revelation and the product is superb. Had a small item missing from my order that was instantly dealt with and corrected - can't fault the service.”

“Website was very easy to use. Also had to speak to the technical team as we had a bay window to order and that was really easy. Steve was very helpful and organised the quote within 24 hours and also called us back to confirm when everything was ready in our online basket for us to place the order. The ordering process was very good and therefore hoping that the delivery is equally as good.”

“Purchased two doors, one triple-glazing one double glazing with fitting kits. Firstly no instructions whatsoever. No marking as to which side of the glass is for inside and which is for outside. On the fitting kits (only one box for two doors) there were less than 15 packers in total which weren't enough for one door let alone for two. The plastic covers for hinges are very loose and every time the door is closed the cover falls. Overall quite poor service.”
