“The initial shopping experience was straightforward as the website was easy to navigate, design user-friendly. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there was no sales pressure, whilst browsing products. After-sales service was excellent, having had to re-order, part of the order, due to damage incurred by the client. Very helpful staff. Would recommend. Good experience.”

“I've had several windows from Modern UPVC Windows now, and all have been perfect and delivered on-time. The order process on the website is simple, which I found not to be the case with some other websites. The only place to go for windows.”

“Modern UPVC Windows it is so far the best online Design & Order :) of windows and doors Big chose of windows, door etc., selection, and hope soon or later to have the arched & sash windows option too :) Easy to design your own choice, plenty information related to the parts involved :) Very friendly costumer support, had good experience some time ago :) Still have pleasure to order from Modern UPVC Windows, So far Thanks”

“The online configuration tool was a pleasure to use, and the website well laid out and very easy to navigate. A confirmation email was received within a couple of days , so all good so far! Fingers crossed the windows will be as good as the purchasing experience. My only criticism is that it really would be nice to be able to contact the company easier. . All contact is encouraged to be via the website but there are times when that just isn’t helpful.”

“Very disapointed, I have orderd 4 windows, I have realised that one glass os bigger and I had to wait a week for the right one and they haven't even colect the wrong one. Bad workmanship poor finishes @ joints. On the fourth window I have big gaps around corners as beads have been cut shorter. I have sent them pictures and mesage but they would not reply. Bad customer srvice.”
