“I have yet to receive the windows I have ordered, however, I have found the reponse to enquiries made on finishes etc, extremely helpful. Staff have responded quickly and provided information and colour swatches in a friendly manner. The website guides you through the ordering process and prompts you at the appropriate time to consider whether you require add ons, such as vents and escape hinges. Very pleased with the service to date.”

“Totally disappointed! Last September had guttering renewed. However one downpipe was not replaced as quoted for so returned to do this. Within a few days another downpipe fell apart. Had to temporily fix it ourselves - still haven't returned to fix it properly despite many calls and promises. Also fascia board was not replaced as paid for. This has, however, recently been corrected. Sorry, won't be using this firm again!”

“The website is extremely easy to use and contains useful alerts about building regs/safety issues. I genuinely can't think of anything else they could have included to make things easier or more informative. Only just ordered so haven't got the windows, but my experience so far is very positive.”

“I use Modern UPVC Windows all the time for my projects - they will not be beaten on price and the quality is good. I've also had a few crises and the guys have done everything they can to prioritise urgent deliveries and get stuff expedited through their system more quickly than usual, and needless to say when I've made mistakes with orders they've gone out of their way to minimise the pain, both with time and money. Wont go anywhere else.”

“This is my second order with Modern Windows and both transactions have been dealt with courteously and professionally despite this order being slightly less than straightforward . The quality of their products and level of service are pretty much faultless and I have no hesitation in recommending them if you are in the market for windows etc. Tom G was especially helpful , thanks .”

“Returning for a second purchase following sucess of my original purchase - please to find the website is still simple and easy to use. Product options are well explained and supported with simple and easy to understand pictures and diagrams. The payment process was quick and smooth. And if you do run into any issue (or in my case have some unusually detail queries I was looking to clarify) a great technical support line with friendly and well informed staff to help to guide you through.”
