“i've had several doors and windows from modern and they are always good quality recently had an order and it was missing the handles pack, i gave them a ring and it was sorted straight away and a set arrived by post a few days later, no quibble, no fuss”

“Website is really intuitive and helpful, but surpassing this has been my experience of the customer service provided by the company. They bent over backwards to assist with short timelines for a few of the windows in my order, then provided a really reasonable, fair and customer focused support when I had made an error with one of my measurements. Shout out to Katy Field who was particularly helpful.”

“we have just had Front indoor porch door and 2 side panels fitted in oak colour absolutely lovely in newark notts tuesday 18th march 2025. the 2 lads that came were fantastic came on time that was stated on the day brought all the upvc items with them unwrapped and got on with the job clearing up as they worked it was finished mid afternoon time. they were polite and helped with any questions we had. they cleared up and removed all the old items taking them away. it was designed by ourselves on there website reasonably priced i did have to email to see how things were progressing with order so it could do with more communication to keep in touch with clients. but all in all katy did come back with all the answers to help us. a big thank you to the 2 lads who fitted our doorway well done lads.”
