“The follow up and Customer service is very poor, I've been going back and forth with their team (Tom) and apart from false promises on either getting it sorted or the correct items being send out; some three weeks later I'm no nearer to completion. The sad thing about this is my original order and the assistance of their team was good, but on receiving some incorrect cill profiles i cant complete the project. To be waiting on three week or excuse after excuse is not acceptable and not knowing what is happening is so frustrating.”

“I have used Modern UPVC Windows previously for windows and composite doors and now returning for a couple of composite doors. They have fabulous customer service with a very friendly team. One aspect they need to work on is communication on the day of delivery where customers receive an update by phone or text when delivery is arriving or potentially a "track" feature.”
