“This is the second time we have used Modern UPVC Windows the first time was for 3 windows and a Gosforth door and the service was great arrived on the stated delivery day and when we thought the spacers for the door were missing they arrived by 1st class post the next day. then we found out they weren't missing we had used them by mistake on the windows So hopefully the service will be as good 2 years later”

“What a great company to deal with, website easy to follow, guides you through the design process, delivery excellent and driver was extremely pleasant and helpful. Frames and glass all quality, and easy to order replacement glass when we needed it. Highly recommend”

“I ordered a front double door I did not fit it until about 4 months later and found the doors were misaligned and by adjusting the hinges to the max they were out of alignment with each other by half an inch I got in touch with this fir m by email they said they had no record of this transaction would not use them again”

“I was recommended Modern UPVC windows by my carpenter. I purchased 2 sets of Aluminium bi-folds and some sash windows. They cannot be beaten on price and their customer service is second to none! I had a query on one order and they were extremely helpful. Delivery was sheduled and on time. They kept me updated regularly. Very reliable company. Always my go to website. Please keep up the good work and keep your prices low!!”

“This is our second order with Modern UPVC Windows. We were delighted by quality of windows on our first order so have come back to order another window and door. While we had an issue with our bay window missing some parts the company were quick to respond and sorted the issue right away without fuss. One thing I would like to see is they add the option for pole jacks when ordering a sash bay window as this is not in the usual list of options and has to be asked for after; which we did not know. I would most certaily use this company again. Thanks Jamie”
