“I haven't received the product yet but the website is easy to navigate and use, with pop up explanations when needed and all of the choices we required (like thumb turn locks and low threshold on doors). The price is good too. We visited the showroom (a little hard to find as it is shared with their sister customer - right at the back of the trading estate) to check the chosen colour and finish and the salesperson gave us some really good advice on design and fitting. So far, great!”

“Their website is very comprehensive and detailed. The fact that you can design your own windows and doors to your own spec and have the visual infront of you is the main reason we bought with this company. They have images and videos showing how the various items work - very impressive and easy to use website. Prices are very affordable.”

“my 4th order from modern upvc windows and the service is exceptional , product wise 10 out of 10 , delivery first class , can not fault this company and have recommended them to friends and family , as for returns and refunds well ive not had to go down that road , thank you once again”

“Easiest online ordering I've seen, got the price for 2 windows straight away, no worries - and naturally the best value anywhere. Even changed our delivery date no hassle. Arrived factory-fresh, on time, on spec and well protected too. Don't order elsewhere till you've tried Modern UPVC Windows!”

“I was very glad to find this website! All other websites with custom door designers seem to offer similar, but this was the only one that shows you a live price which is useful to weigh-up the effects of changing certain items upon the price. Also I telephoned the office to ask quite a lot of technical questions and was very reassured to speak to someone who had a very good understanding of the technicalities of the door set and fixed window pane above, and someone who explained details of the cills, the frame dimensions, and other questions I had. I honestly don't think you can find such a good service anywhere else, I looked for a long time and these guys are DEFINITELY the best pre-sales - which in my experience also translates to a good aftersales experience should I ever need this. Hopefully I won't, because all my questions were answered by very competent human beings! In summary - really excellent website with a LOT of info and very useful door designer, but with lovely people behind the digital front to provide human answers. Highly recommend on this basis alone, and I look forward with confidence to come back and update my review with how pleased I am with the door!”

“I just ordered my first window here for my house renovation, I still have the rest of the house to buy as well as well as a sliding door. The website is very useful and straight forward to use. Ordering is actually a breeze with clear details about what you need to select and what each option means. Coming from someone who has no idea about windows, it really guided me on what I needed and made sure I was adding the correct options for each room. I love the fact that you can also pay with paypal as well. I had also spoken to them over the phone prior to get some more information when I started my search for windows. What I can tell you is from what I have found from my research is that they are the best option so far (the window hasn't been delivered yet, so will update again once I get the delivery and order the other 9 windows and sliding doors). But so far, its been a great experience. I also appreciate the directness of the website without all the marketing plastered all over the place which usually makes a website for window purchasing quite difficult to navigate. Thanks, hope to get my new window soon!”

“Modern UPVC Windows are extremely clear and easy to order from with a fantastic and intuitive window designer.
