“Absolutely disappointed !!! 4 months wait for one window and still received incomplete order last Saturday the 28th of August 2021 !!! only frame arrived - no glazing, no window cill, no fixing kit I paid for. Missing items were promised to be delivered next day. Almost one week later - still nothing. I called them today and guess what?? They know nothing about missing parts / item's and in their system it is all complete!!! Absolute joke and incompetence on every level...”

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am genuinely sorry to hear that you have had problems with your delivery. I have spoken to our Transport dept. and it seems that this was an internal error, resulting in an incomplete delivery to you. We do take these issues seriously, and further measures have been implemented to ensure that it cannot happen again. Unfortunately we are contending with multiple supply issues that our systems were not intended for, and are trying to manage the situation as best as we can.
