“We have bought on several occasions from Modern UPVC Windows and cannot fault the whole process. Their web site is excellent and so easy to use - just double check your measurements, ( I got one wrong - still don't know how !! I'm now good at cutting bricks !) Their team are courteous, friendly right down to the delivery drivers who are helpful and polite. Their prices add to the pleasure of buying from Modern Windows, our triple glazed house is now very nice and cosy, Many thanks for a great product with a smile. We have recommended you to many neighbours and family, Alex & Val. Lowestoft.”

“Second time of using, excellent value for money and exactly what we wanted. You're spoilt for choice with frames, glass patterns etc. Would recommend to anyone who can do the work themselves. Will use again when ready for final installment of window replacements.”

“I've scored 4 because I have not had the products yet, nor have I had to contact customer services. As long as those experiences are positive, I would rate this business as a 5. Easy to use website, very friendly to navigate and select relevant options from a excellent selection. Having a mock-up of what products look like with the options was really helpful for me. I just hope the end product and delivery experience is as positive.”
