“After a great start all of the equipment turned up as expected, however we were three glass panels short and since this date I have had to chase up for delivery on a number of occasions, and now I find out that the glass was delivered to the Factory but I have to wait a week for delivery as they only deliver in my area on a Tuesday. It made me feel that it was my problem not the supplier and to be told that I should not of fitted the frames until all of the product was delivered is just not acceptable how long do you expect me to delay my building extension. Ray Tomlinson”

Good Morning Ray, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback - I am sincerely sorry to hear that you have received a disjointed delivery service. I have looked into this and unfortunately your glass units were delayed to us from our glaziers and could not be included with your main delivery. The decision was made to not hold back your entire order. Once we received them, one was broken and the earliest we can route a van to your area is 13/09. This is partly due to the time needed to re-manufacture toughened glass and also we are bound by legal driving hours to keep our drivers safe. I fully appreciate that this is disappointing for you, and whilst we would never accept these circumstances as expected, we must deal with them as best as we can when they arise. Our advice to wait until your whole order is received and checked over before installing applies to all customers and avoids frustration. Kind Regards Katy Modern UPVC Windows.

“I have ordered all new replacement windows from morden UPVC windows via online. my friend had used morden upvc windows in the past ad had very good experience, so I decided to use them again. Best decision!! delivered on time, very friendly delivery driver. I would highly recommend to anyone for all windows and doors. very detail information on website and competitive pricing!”

“Amazing experience from top to bottom. It's not my first time using these guys and there's a reason for that, the user experience is so efficient. You can quickly design and easily make any necessary changes using the online designer, which also doubles up as a brilliant visualiser to give you and your client an idea of how the finished product will look. Great range of products too, would highly recommend and I'll be back again as long as this winning formula exists!”

“I have decided to place the order for the window again with Modern UPVC Windows since my previous experiences with the company had been very positive. The online ordering process is very clear and any layman with no experience can place an order correctly with the clear guidance and directions provided. The videos are truly helpful and show how much the company thinks of the customer and show the professionalism of the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to friends and family as it really saves time to order what you really need rather than wasting time with many other UPVC suppliers who come around and try to sell their most expensive models compared to what you actually need.”
