“i am a tradesman with plenty plenty experince ,still i made a mis calculation on x2 smallish frames n windows ,This job is very very over long famly obligations insurence job with peanuts wage not even minimum,but did this as it suited my parent who is elderly "so am i now "! MUPVC have been very understanding ,as i couldent beleave it ,the obliged with phone transcripts which helped me emensly . i finally swollowed the bullet and spoke with them and was pleasently supprised to feel treated respectfully and offering a discreational discount on reordering ,and beleave me i have very little left from this overstay here . so am hugly gratfull of there human response to my request of some aid replacing them again ,, Any one want a couple windows ! 84x86 dont forget cill "i did omg .... thankyou and will return when anyfurther window needed daniel”
