“Incredible company from start to finish. Price very competitive, customer service is outstanding. I missed a few things off a previous order, one phone call, answered straight away and everything was corrected. Their always on the phone if you need any help. Deliveries have been on time, and not had a single quality complaint with what I have received Will continue to use and recommend Modern UPVC Windows”

“Came across modern Upvc windows after a search for a local company. Best decision I made was to place my order with them. From start to finish it’s been a fantastic and easy process. Delivery was quick and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The windows themselves are great quality, and have made such a difference to the house. I would have no hesitation to recommend them and have already placed another order for more windows. A Highly recommended company.”

“Order number MW54935 Modern Upvc Windows accepted my order and my payment on 17/07/2021 the frame was delivered 26/08/2021 without the glass (of which we were informed of only the day before.) We totally understand it was out of your control there was a glass shortage, but has this affected your ability to keep us informed. Whatever time I call, you instruct me to call back after 3pm for customer services updates and then when I do get to talk to Jayne I am promised return information from her or George and it’s never happened. (Incoming call history shows only 1 email from Jayne) apart from that no correspondence. You have my money and I want it back now. Please fetch the frame as it is no use to me and refund my money. As I have leukaemia it’s not good that I’m getting so stressed I cannot keep calling and calling so please return my money.”

“needed standard doors which were simple to order on the web site. Also wanted a special window, send a message and sorted it in a couple of hours without any drama. Order placed easily now waiting delivery, looking good.”

“I had a great set of 9 windows from them previously and the windows were very nice, quality and well built, the customer service was great and the people were friendly and i never had any trouble with the delivery they came on time and they accommodated my delivery time slot perfectly, I was so happy i am using them again for another set of windows and doors and will most likely be back for a 3rd time, very pleased overall and can't complain about anything. Thanks again for the great customer service and quality windows.”
