“Website easy to use and really good choice of options. However tried paying using American Express but wouldn't process. No problem with AE, issue is with set up of payment section on website.”

“The ordering process was extremely straight forward. The simple to use website to specify the type, sytle and size of windows and doors made the process painless. The website also made suggestions for trickle vents and extenders where they weren't requested by me. I hope the rest of the process and delivery is as painless as the ordering.”

“Always a cautious online purchaser having designed my window very easily using the excellent website I suddenly realised, just before the company were due to close for the weekend, that I had some questions. Got straight through on the phone. All questions regarding size of lead 'panes' required / delivery dates and etc. clearly and promptly answered. Excellent customer service.”
