“Very easy to use website. Guides home DIY-ers through a very comprehensive process and removes the fear factor of buying something expensive. As it happens, I did notice that i had specified a window incorrectly and a very quick call to their helpline resolved the issue at no extra cost. I have already placed another order.”

“bought previously triple glazed on-time delivery good communication Glazing would need extra attention as since 3 glass sheets I would expect the seal to be nicely level to each other but instead, it looks like a hand insert instead of a machine or template despite it works well after one year no complain”

“This review is about the website as I have only just ordered the window and door. The website is very straightforward to use and has plenty of advice for DIYers like myself. The range is extensive and once your dimensions are in customising the spec is very easy. I'm looking forward to getting the new window and door for my garage. once fitted I'll add to the review.”

“loving our new windows so much that we have ordered additional front and back doors. The website is very easy to use to ensure you order what you need with plenty of visuals, prompts, warnings and tips. Despite this, you still have the option to email and/or call and communicate with a real person based in the uk. Last-minute changes could be made before the goods were produced. Once the goods were received a small issue with a scratch panel was promptly dealt with by offering a replacement or part refund. very happy. Thank you”
