“Having shown the goods as available, having taken the order and having processed the payment (but not taken it) four hours later I was emailed to say it was not available! It seems that the computer said "yes" but the order picker said "no"! The refund to my bank was prompt - so prompt it arrived before the money was taken out! Oh, the joys of online transactions - let's get back to going to the shop and fondling the goodies. Proof of the old saying - "if it seems too good to be true - it probably is!" Other reviews mirror my experience.”

“I ordered some wood screws on 25 November 2020 the money went out of my account it is now Dec 21 2020 & I have still only received half of the order, they only shipped that because I got fed up with waiting & thought I had been scammed ( I still may have i don't know) I keep looking at the website & everything is advertised as in stock ready for next day delivery, makes me wonder what method of delivery they use!!!!?? top tip; order things a long time before you actually need them”
