“Ordered a bench vice and soft jaws. Company cancelled order for the vice as it was not in stock despite saying it was when ordered but I was sent vice jaws with same £6 delivery charge without option to cancel. What use are the jaws without the vice. Told I can get a refund but will need to pay postage to return item. Joke!!”

“I needed a particular make of garden fork as a present for my daughter in law who loves her gardening. I was determined not to buy from Amazon who even now are still trying to sell me a fork. Whilst they don't charge for delivery their price was the most expensive on the Internet 😱”
