“Presumably to save packaging a bar of polishing compound was placed in the box containing my bench polisher. I assume that unfortunately the instruction leaflet for the polisher was inadvertently lost during this well meaning gesture. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. And I can't give 4.5 so 4 stars it. Do I recommend them? Yes.”

“Ordered 5 Tubs of this from 4 different suppliers, yours was the most expensive, had no packing on it at all and was the only one that did not arrive in the time that your website specified. Guess what? I will not be using your company again.”
