“Web site easy to use , product good quality . Unfortunately it was delivered by DPD to someone else's house in the village and took some finding from the picture they left, saying it was our porch which we don't have.”

“Firs experience with BSD. I ordered products - good website - and then nothing. It turned out the products were out of stock. But no-one and no system bothered to tell me so I wasted a week. When I checked progress of order, I found it was cancelled. Refund came through quickly so that was OK. But it was a pity not to be informed properly.”

“I ordered bench supports which were listed as in stock plus two metal angle brackets. I then get an email stating the bench supports were not in stock and a refund given. I was then charged a processing fee of £7.95 and the brackets (costing around 70p)were shipped which makes the brackets somewhat expensive. Would be good if you took non stock items off your website!”
