“Customer service was very poor as you cannot speak to anyone by phone and sometimes it took over a day before e-mails were answered. As a result of the slow response I was not able to cancel my order before it was shipped. Then I have been charged the shipping cost even though it was company's fault that I could not cancel the order in time”
