“I ordered this garden gate latch online as it was advertised on the Building Supplies Direct website. Paid for it and after some time received email that sorry, but the item is not available and got refund. On the face of it sounds OK, but in fact I lost my time, involved moving my money on and back and have to start searching for the latch again! That is NOT a good custom! And simple sorry and just returned money is not sufficient!!! Very poor service.”
