“Normally its when things don't quite to to plan you find out how good a company is. On that basis, definitely a 5/5 and I'll be using this company again. A problem with the courier and original order was sorted without quibble or any further action on my part once I alerted them and a replacement promptly arrived. Excellent customer service.”

“Very pleased with Building Supplies Direct, a good service and delivery very quickly. Having a bit of an issue with the Blackfriar Jacobean wood dye, which does'nt want to dry hard. Contacted the manufacturer but no reply yet.”

This unfortunately does happen with any of the carriers occasionally. It is how we dealt with it that you should be reviewing which as far as I can see was fine
