“No idea what the product is like as it has not arrived. The information I get is poor / misleading. Call backs don’t happen. If you have loads of time to waste in your life this could be the company for you.”

“Wheelie Bin Lids: Builders Marketplace is the top place to buy replacement lids. They also sell hinge clips but only for their own ranges. I would really love them to stock a larger range of hinge clip sizes as bins even in one area have many vintages and come form different suppliers and their specification are all different. Fixing the lids so they stand up to the bin lorries is a nightmare and simple fixes like the right size clips would be unbeleiveably helpful and save waste. Sorry--BM--it's not your battle alone but as the premium bin lids supplier I hope you can find a way to help out!”

“Had a few problems with broken decking boards arriving (couriers fault) but the customer service from builders market place was excellent. Issued replacements very quickly, would highly recommend.”

“Delivered marine ply was 4mm out on advised cut size unable to use, when I called them they asked for photo evidence which when I was on a deadline to finish a project that was the last thing I was going to spend time doing sourced elsewhere. Will never be using them again. Thank you”

“Excellent service, pricing and products. This was the first time we used this company and we ordered MDF boards, the experience was seamless. Communication throughout was excellent including a personal phone call the day before delivery with details of the delivery time slot. The driver called an hour before delivery and was polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended”

“I placed my order with you for 9 lengths of 3.6 metre 2 x 6 timber you took payment processed my order told me you were going to deliver and then phoned to say the timber was out of stock then tried to get me to have 7 x 4.8 metre lengths- so now waiting for 3.6 metre lengths to come back in stock”

“The quality of product was good, but packaging poor with cardboard ripped and corner protector missing when delivered. Delivery was also late, price for delivery was not cheap and claimed 2-5 days, took 9 days for delivery from order.”
