“Placed an order, and then when I went to pick up the sheets I was told they only had half the order. Then half an hour of waiting around I was told they had found the extra sheets.”

“Rather poor communication; a week on from ordering I requested ETA to be told 3.6 Bk decking out of stock. Was offered 4m, accepted; two days later told no Bk in any length, offered anthracite, accepted. Another two days I was asked to confirm anthracite was acceptable, I did. Four further days parcel one arrives black end caps supplied (instead of anthracite) two were damaged due to poor packaging. Two further days parcel two arrived, without ETA or tracking , flat panels were damaged and not anthracite. 26th November order placed, two and a half weeks later I am unable to start the planned project. Hugely frustrating.”

“Good price on composite decking for Black Friday prompted my order. The look and feel of the boards is excellent when they arrived - had been a little concerned about not having ordered sample beforehand, but I needn't have worried. Builder's Marketplace were quick to respond when we had minor problem with delivery - it split into 2 separate days by courier. Delivery was a couple of days later than forecast but at present in December this seems to be normal situation with all deliveries.”

“Excellent pricing on phenolic resin plywood for my van. I called customer services to request a specific delivery address and instructions. All instructions were adhered to and the delivery driver was polite and helpful. Prices were so good, the carpenter I'm using for the job will be using this site for supplies in future.”
