“The packaging looked as though it had been through the wars, but the contents were undamaged. Very pleased with the 2.9m lengths. [2.4 elsewhere - so very little waste for my particular project meaning I could complete it with 3 instead of 4 lengths]”

“Delivered to empty building and left there for days without notification despite our constantly chasing for update on delivery! We had to spend time and money going to property to pick up and have asked for a refund for the additional diesel. Have not even received a reply.”

“Good quality, unblemished birch plywood delivered within the stated 2-5 working days. Not cheap but very difficult to source from anywhere with the situation with Russia (most birch ply comes from there). Very helpful staff on the telephone when I had a query - the lady promised to phone me back with an update and promptly did so. So Builders Marketplace a 5, but not so the delivery company Tuffnells - despite the good protection BM provided for the sheets someone in the delivery company left the 3 packages out in the rain and let them get soaked. Was worried about the damage but gentle drying out of the ply meant it was fine. So, good product, helpful company, poor choice of delivery company.”

“Ordered 2 boards on 29/3, paid, and received emails to say they had been processed and prepared to be dispatched. When I called to chase after a week, I was messaged back to say they were out of stock, so hadn’t been sent. The next day I had a WhatsApp message to say they were back in stock. 5 days later, and still nothing to confirm they are either dispatched or even available for me. Finally received after over 2 weeks, badly damaged…”
