“Didn't send us an order confirmation, which was disappointing. We didn't know when our order was going to be delivered and couldn't track it. It just turned up! Product was good though and delivery fairly quick, so 4 stars”

“I ordered Magply protection board on the internet for delivery in 2-5 working days, order 177337 invoice 34756. I received an email saying it was click and collect the invoice shows ship to 51 milford road , lymington, I responded to email stating it was orderd for delivery and have had no response as yet. I have sent an e mail to sales. Roger Dockrill”

“Order still not received after almost 2 weeks. No communication except when I have rung up. They are friendly enough on the phone but they haven’t been able to locate my order or tell me when it’s going to be delivered. Either their courier company is seriously letting them down or they are disorganised their end. I wouldn’t order here if you need it in a hurry.”
