“Builders Marketplace could not be faulted BUT their delivery company could. I waited a rather long time for delivery and had to check with the company as to the position regarding the package. I was told the parcel had been damaged and was not delivered. However builders marketplace ordered the wood again and made it priority delivery. 3 days later 2 packages arrived the original undamaged wood and the new delivery. So unnecessary and costly to the Company. Time wasted.”

“After ordering a 4x4 decorative panel I was given a delivery timescale of 2-5 days, which I accepted and paid for. After waiting 8 days with no correspondence I called to enquire where my order was? The person I spoke to was pleasant but did not offer any form of compensation until I insisted on it. The delivery charge was waived as I would have expected because the item was not sent as promised. My reason for a low rating was because it seemed that I was forgotten about, and the company were reluctant to try and make amends.”

“after much searching on web I kept coming back to these guys...and glad i did. clear and easy to follow ordering, easy payment option, kept up to date on delivary details. Iten exactly what I wanted. happy to use in future and have already passed on info to other members of family and friends. only one thing could improve it... if they had done the job for me...lol”
