“Absolutely no problem with the products, everything I've bought from them has been excellent. Now for the negative. Their shipping in my experience has been awful. Very expensive, slow dispatch, no proper tracking and a grudging delivery driver. If these issues were addressed, I could confidently give five stars.”

“Good product at a bargain price. Some slight delay in delivery due to a lack of stock, but it was delivered by express delivery as a consequence, so no complaints from me. I will certainly use Builders Marketplace again.”

“I messed up my delivery address and my order got returned to the warehouse, when I contacted customer services to explain what I'd done they resent my order express delivery for no extra charge. Order then arrived as described, great customer service, thank you!”

“Online ordering needs to update stock levels quicker. My order was taken and paid for online but was not in stock when I drove to the shop for collection. They did give an immediate refund but I still lost valuable time traveling for no reason.”
