“Easy to use website. Great pricing. Delivery was very slow....order said 3 to 5 days. Actuality was 3 weeks plus. I had to send emails to source the problem which I thought should have been the responsibility of the company to let me know. When I did contact the company a reply was prompt and was courteous. Shame they didn't keep me informed as it would have been a 5 review.”

“Merchanting had materials that I could not source anywhere in Norther Ireland. I ordered specialist ply sheeting, it was well priced and the delivery was speedy (5days from order being placed). The materials arrived well wraped and in top condition. Thank you James”

“Good quality wood (though a couple were split. Time taken to deliver was supposed to be 3-5 days but took 11 days from placement of order. No apologies on why it took that amount of time.”

“Order went fairly well only issue was the delivery company, received an email to say it was being delivered on the Wednesday , wife waited in all day , no show , following day received an email and it did come , I would recommend a approx time slot within 2hrs as that would be more helpful rather than the delivery will be between 8am - 6pm like DPD uses in that you can see how far off from delivery and your not twiddling your thumbs waiting, response from both delivery company and Merchanting was good to be fair , would use again ,18mm plywood floor came Well packaged not opened yet but no signs of damage on cardboard.”
