“I needed to purchase 22mm tongue and groove plywood. I seen the price on Builders Marketplace and did not hesitate to buy after reading the reviews. I was really impressed with the delivery too. I would buy again and I would recommend this company.”

“Excellent service great delivery and really pleased with my new decking in fact this would have been a East five star if only the screws for the composite clips had been with the delivery I had assumed that because I had to choose the colour of the screws they must be included. No problem. A quick trip to the hardware store soon resolved the issue and this would not stop me ordering again .”

“Very flat and cleanly cut piece of 4x2 marine ply. Would have given 5 stars if grain was lengthwise, not across. I don’t think it was possible to specify grain direction at point of order.”

“I ordered 1/4 of sheet marine ply. The one that was prepared for me was curved, and I needed straight piece. One of the employees helped me to find piece of plywood that was straight and cut it for me.”

“The item ordered was originally out of stock so I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock. I received this notification on 24/02/2022 and immediately placed an order. I then received an email on 25/02/2022 to advise me that my order was due to be dispatched and would take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. As of 09/03/2022 it still has not been received. I spoke to 2 members of staff on 04/03/2022 and requested a refund of the delivery charge of £9.59 due to the poor service and miscommunication. This was refused. I asked for the matter to be referred to senior management and was promised a call back the same day. This never happened. I was told that my product was not due in at your warehouse until 10/03/2022 and would be dispatched immediately. I am very unhappy with the level of service provided and would welcome a call from one of the company directors to discuss further. My number is 07984 313041”
