“Terrible experience, received a wheelie bin with broken lid..missing a hinge . i sent photos. After numerous emails received a partial refund. When asked was told even though it looked like an elephant sat on it ,it had been delivered!!! Unbelievable. Stay clear because if something goes wrong they will not refund you properly.”

“I ordered a couple of lid pins for a wheelie bin. Unfortunately, I got the size wrong so I phoned customer services for advice and assistance. I explained that the bin was used in a community woodland setting. Just to make sure she posted out all the sizes FOC so that we could repair our bin. As the photo shows easily fitted and fixed. Many thanks to Builders Marketplace for their generous and speedy response. JP”

“Hi, my experience of Builders Marketplace is that the communication regarding my order was good but I felt the delivery was expensive (£10) for one pegboard and the delivery took quite a while but its arrived and its exactly what I wanted and I couldn't find it anywhere else with the same thickness or cheaper etc. I'd have preferred a delivery price of around £5-6 at the most and it delivered within 3-4 days. I ordered on Monday 11th April and it arrived Wednesday 20th April. But thanks im happy with the board.”
