“Twice I have ordered oak architrave sets online, they have said they are in stock taken the money and said they are out for delivery. A few days later in both cases I have been told they do not have the stock, the second time I spoke to customer services and they were checking stock levels and getting back to me in 5 minutes, two days later I just had a text message saying a refund was being made in full. Whilst I appreciate stock is moving fast at the moment and replenishment is either slow or uncertain I can not understand how the orders have been processed to being delivered in both cases.”

“My order was taken, processed and confirmed then 14 days later the day before it’s rescheduled delivery (after a weeks delay) I get a phone call from Customer Service to say the stock is damaged and would I accept damaged stock for a 10% refund or like a full refund. I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless you are able to go and select it the products yourself. Incredibly slow and don’t seem to be able to manage their stock”
