“Ordered 8' x 4' pegboard cut into 4 sections, dimensions were checked and confirmed with a sketch all easily submitted on the order page / email. Boards arrived within a few days all cut as required. Overall excellent professional service at a competitive price”

“The melamine I ordered was not delivered when it should have been. I was not informed of any problems and waited in for it. On contacting the delivery company I was told it had been returned due to bad packaging. I then had to contact Builders Marketplace to cancel my order and I, enentually, got my money back after contacting them again. Things would have been so much easier if they had kept me informed, especially when the goods were returned to them.”

“I ordered a bin lid, was informed it was on its way and then an email telling me 6 weeks before delivery. I sent a reply asking if they had any coloured lid as all lids were still showing in stock and had no reply. To be honest, just writing my cash off after reading past reviews.”

“Builders marketplace provided just the MDF paneling I needed, although from the on-line illustrations it was not clear in which direction the grooves were made. Furthermore there was a slight delay in delivery because of problems with a wrapping machine. I was duly notified of the delay, and when the panels arrived they were OK and now installed to our great satisfaction.”

“I ordered the wrong board and only found out when it arrived, I then ordered the correct board and arranged for the incorrect board to be collected at the same time ,All done with no drama just what you would hope for and expect Very good service and good prices would certainly use again”

“My delivery date changed 3 times and then arrived when I mentioned that I was not present at the address so I then had to get someone to collect it for me. All in all a lot of my time was wasted so I am not satisfied”
