“Very good at taking orders on line quick acknowledgement of the progress of order but poor quality of timber . Not all pieces cut evenly and not pressure treated. Disappointed”

“The pegboards I purchased were fab quality, very sturdy and a lot thicker than I expected which is perfect for my business. The delivery was longer than expected for quite a high delivery cost but overall extremely happy with communication regarding this issue and my delivery was made promptly after sending an email to chase up.”

“Email on 08/08 saying goods were despatched. Email on 11/08 saying goods were stuck with Tuffnells awaiting delivery Email on 15/08 confirming goods were going to be collected this evening and delivered 16/08 Email 16/08 saying one item ordered was out of stock (Other items had NOT been sent) Email 18/08 saying email had been passed to warehouse team - Nothing since. Shambles - Will never use again.”
