“3-5 days delivery (never happen), after 10 days I called to ask what is wrong with my delivery, after arranging the delivery day, they cancel in the last moment. Fully refund at the end.”

“Purchase was easy to make. Solid oak planks I was after were at the best price on the market. Delivery driver was very helpful and delivery was made fast. For any other homeimprovements I will call again as service was brilliant and price was unbeatable.”

“Wrong door dispatched from Essex to Scotland, had to cancel joiner, had a refund as dimensions I ordered had sold out. Company quickly had their wrong door picked up for return. While I'm back to square one.”
