“One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! If I could give no stars I would!!! Took my order and my money and from then on it went downhill. Lied to you from there on in! Never received a delivery update, never received the goods and it took me 5 days to eventually get my refund! What an absolute shambles!!!!!”

“Ordered 4 boards which arrived unpackaged on flat bed truck 3 were damaged I was offered a %10 refund which barely cover delivery cost.”

“I did not receive my order. I phoned on two occasions, on the second time I left my telephone number but again no one called me back. DHL had lost my order. I told Builders Marketplace this in an email, but again no reply. I hope someone with some sort of authority reads this. I am determined to get what I paid for and am on the verge of contacting Trading Standards. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO!!!!!!!!!”

“Items never recieved, waiting for a full refund. I tried to contact them four times before I recieved a reply. They say my order was damaged and returned to depot but someone should have contacted me much sooner. Not good service. I cannot comment on how easy to get a refund as I am still waiting. Cannot comment on how long it takes as I'm still waiting.”
