“I worked with the art design team. Submitted my orders. Later that day received a notification that the images are blurry and not printable. I scrambled to get the right HQ pics. Since it was Friday, I had to wait till Monday to contact them. I ended up cancelling the whole order of $1800. Now I have to start over again with the design to get my 30% discount. On top of that I lost two days of shipping. I think the process can be much better. If you can expedite my shipping that would make up for my troubles. Order #80252965”

“It seemed super easy but then I had to make the whole thing again and I could not make the type size change without starting with a new text box. Also, I am quite sure it said free overnight delivery and now I am paying for fast service but I could not stand to start again with someone else so I paid for it.”
