“Great products, however the person that helped me with the design ASSUMED I knew way more about the computer design process you all use, but I am 71 and said "can I just tell you what it should look like and then send me an email "mockup" to check the design for me before ordering/" I would order a lot more if I could be sure the design was correct. Maybe it was just a communication error. Was I dealing with an "on shore" representative? Maybe.”

“user friendly if you know or not know how to order custom flags. This is a gift and hopefully our customer will be elated. The custom flag is his logo and will be placed on his ranch.”
