“I was sent an e-mail offering 30% off of everything in my cart if I completed an uncompleted order. When I went through the process of purchasing, I got the same price that was there when I had originally filled out the order. It had a discount that was already a part of the original deal, so there was no additional discount. I did not rate accordingly because I thought that it was not fair to rate my experience without giving you a chance to fix the issue.”
