“Your website is terrible on Safari and does not work! I spent half the day working then reworking as the sit just deleted it all. I call the number listed, and the customer service person said, "oh, you have to use only Google Chrom, otherwise the site will not work". Well, how about listing that on your design page as not to wast peoples precious work time! You wasted 5 hours of my day! and the customer service person said basically, that is too bad, as the complny will not refund you for your lost time. That is POOR customer service. And, I still went ahead and designed the card and placed an order form you. I would apprecaite a credit for the buisness card order for my troubles. And then, I'll return as a customer with additional orders.”
