“The price is competitive but the ordering process was confusing. It was hard to tell from the checkout page what the individual items were as the frame and sign were lumped together. It was hard to tell what I was actually ordering and I had to call in. Half my order was cancelled for some reason. The customer service rep was great but she couldn't quite tell why it was cancelled either. I would try using them again. Perhaps next time the ordering process will be a little quicker.”

“On your editing app, every time I make an adjustment (color, etc) it zooms back out to 100% when I was at 300%. and I have to click the zoom 11x EVERY TIME to get back where I was. That was a bit annoying, but I liked everything else y'all have ?”
