“My card was charged five times because I went to your old site. I called and was directed to your new site where I was charged a sixth time. I was told the first five charges will drop off the account in a week or so, but I don't have confidence that they will. You should have the technical know-how to redirect shoppers who go to the old site, or change the old site so customers can't make charges. Now I have to explain these charges because they are seen when the account is accessed online, and you have made me look like an idiot. Do better.”
