“I love the product, and the Sales support, however the shipping "Claims" is "free"* with no " * " details, and I'm being charged an astronomical $160 . for shipping. USPS Priority Mail or Hawaii Air Cargo can pick it up and deliver to me in Honolulu for 1/2 that cost. No Option to choose my own shipper.”
