“Product was very good but there's no customer service at all. I submitted a customer service request and never heard back after two weeks. However, they sent me a request to review them EVERY SINGLE DAY after I purchased. Maybe they should focus on getting back to their paying customers with questions or concerns more than soliciting reviews.”
