“I presented my needs to another Broker, one month later I was still waiting for terms. I approached Helen at Build Warranty, she sent me a link to their quote system, which I completed. I received a quote within 4 hours. I am also a Broker (mortgages and a developer) and was super impressed with their knowledge and work ethic. Highly recommend and will be doing so to my own clients.”

“We needed a retrospective 10 year Stuctural Insurance policy, We needed the policy set up quickly because we were at risk of loosing our new build property. Build Warranty were superb and handled everything professionally. All the staff were very good, but I have to give a special mention to Tina who certainly went the extra mile for us.
