“Very professional and competitively costed service all round, from talking me through the whole process initially to being on the end of the phone when problems arise with the build or funding. When our building society needed certain information at the eleventh hour Helen was ready to go the extra mile to make sure everything worked out! Highly recommend Build Warranty.”

We truly appreciate the quick turnaround from doing the survey to obtaining the final certificates, including a couple of minor amendments. You all kept me very calm at an extremely stressful time. “I was not aware that I would need a PCC and as it was required by a Lender in order to keep a sale going I was in quite a panic! My first phone call to Connor put me at ease as he answered all my questions and helped me to understand the process. During the first stage of the process I was then patiently supported by Helen who helped me get all the paperwork in the right place. During the final stage my contact was with Lee who made sure that everything came together and the Certificate was issued as soon as the Senior Surveyor had signed it off. Thank you to all concerned for your professionalism and understanding during a stressful time!”
