“My ORDER # 2000030828 to Qatar model 12 Ranger Slim Select - Black I received an off center knife and also its buck brand name on the blade is so bold letter that I didn't see on other buck knife in Qatar . surely its a copy off center blade. I order on this site because I need a real original product form buck . but this is so shamefull buck in uk cheated me sending a off center copy buck blade kine to other country delivery . very bad experience form this. ( MB: I also paid more price to. buy this product and delivery charge extra only for getting an original buck brand but received a total damaged copy product with a high price )”

“I'm very disappointed in Buck custom supplies as I have had a wish for a Buck112 Ranger, nickel bolsters engraved with J.T.on one bolster and McD. on the other, antler finger grooved scales, and the blade in satin engraved with ( getting it done 50yrs ). Looked after my family, hands in my pocket for years, so I couldn't justify this extravagance until my 50th birthday, so let's contact the Word Wide famous Buck company......unfortunately they don't grant wishes all over the world or Scotland.”

“Great knife and engraving, however, this, as all Bucks are advertised as made in America. It's a lie! MADE IN CHINA WRITTEN ALL OVER IT ..... Very, very disappointing.”

“The item was sold with the wrong description which is false advertising. After speaking with the real buck in usa this store is not affiliated with them at all and they are seeking to shut them down due to copyright infringement.”

Good afternoon David, Thank you for your comment - I can assure you that we are BUCK authorised retailers and as such we are affiliated. The knives are genuine and we sell by agreement via the UK distributor of Buck knives. Buck has changed some of their production lines to China. All knives are still covered by the warranty and are subject to the same stringent checking and production as in the USA. On the website you will be able to see which knives are still made in the USA and which are in China. We will look at a way to improve this so that it's much quicker to tell which ones are made where - in the US they list the ones made in China as imported, we will do something similar to avoid any confusion. “Dissapointed to say the least. I believe in the brand Buck and because it is USA. But to see China stamped on the blade left me disgusted. I want the knife made in USA and stamped that way. If I had known that it was made in China I wouldn't have purchased it. I feel a conned. Dissapointed”

“I made 2 separate orders, and clearly stated that i needed one sent to the UK, and another, as a birthday gift, to France. Both orders got sent to France, when I specifically detailed the order number and both addresses, got a phonecall confirmation and an email with all the details written. Now my friend, whose birthday it is, has all my orders, and can't afford to pay out of his pocket to fix the postage mess Buck store has made. Buck store should take charge of fixing this issue, as wee need those knives in UK asap. Very unhappy with this service, I hope this is fixed quickly.”

“I'll never buy another Buck knife. This is simply because of the little note in the package that explained the role the their 'god' played in the company. Quality products bring us together but religion tears us apart: you don't have to look far to find examples.”

“Purchased two buck pocket knives . Buck supposed to be made in USA . These were stamped on base of blade China . Purchased buck as supposed to be very good quality made in USA . Not China . Customers be careful”

“I spoke to a gentleman about my order and explained what knife the sheath was for to which he said it was fine ,but it's way to small so I've thrown it in my draw as by the time I send it back I'm losing money ,very disappointed as the quantity of the knife is amazing but the staff haven't got much knowledge,regards richard”

“I bought the Buck Stockman as a gift - the transaction was easy, delivered very quickly. My one star rating is for the knife which was truly awful quality - cheap steel blades, you could see gaps in the metal where is has been polished and it felt rubbish. Sorry, I had to send it back and was gutted I'd paid for quick delivery”
