“Ordered timber via online option “click & collect” when visiting the store there was only 1 staff member able to process & they were on coffee break I was asked to wait I returned after a further 10 minutes & asked to wait a little longer, shortly afterwards I was summoned to the counter where my order was able to collect…next time I will check online for price & availability but place an order directly with the counter staff which has always been swift & professional”

I ordered 25 decking boards online last week from Brooks Sandyford. Great price but they didn’t have them in stock there. I needed them urgently and stock from another branch was quickly delivered to my house allowing me to complete the work as planned! Very satisfied overall!”

“Some osb boards ordered On-line shortly after 9am on Saturday. After 3h without a confirmation I've contacted customer service, they couldn't check order status for me. You have to call 01... number which I did...No answer on phone. Was bit in a hurry so I went to bluebell , at the counter I've been told to sit tight and wait for confirmation, never happened. it was after 1pm already and shop closes at 2pm. Very frustrating I have to say.”
