I then went in with my online order details and was told to head outside to 'the lads' and they would give me my order. I met one of 'the lads' outside. He looked at me like I had 2 heads and told me I needed a docket. I explained I'd been sent out to him from the guy inside and this was an online order. I attempted to show him my order. He accused me of having an attitude. I was just shocked by this guy. He was way out of order. I won't be coming back.”

“It’s not a rant but just want to give genuine feedback.
When I placed the order it didn’t say that 3 of my 5 items were not in stock so I’ve ended up waiting almost 6 weeks. (Actually only receiving 4 and got a refund) But it’s more frustrating finding out after order is placed that items are not in stock.
I ordered a 2.5L tin and received 2 X 1L. I fully understand 2 X 1L are probably more expensive in your system but from my point of view I paid for 2.5L and only received 2L”
